The star, who recently celebrated her 30th birthday in style, posted a picture of her foot bleeding on her blog Tuesday, after one of her spiked Christian Louboutins punctured the skin. “Kourtney and Khloe got me these for my bday party. One of the spikes cut me! These are dangerous shoes! LOL,” she Tweeted.
